Then tell him not to use things called "CoD4 Laser Hack" in the fucking server. Who gives a shit if he's not wallhacking? He's trying to get people to believe he doesn't hack............ so he goes and uses something the whole krew is going to want to ban him for? How the fuck does he expect people to trust him? Why should Tito get special treatment? He shouldn't be allowed to play on our servers anymore. Never. Never ever. Never ever again. If anything. We would be HARDER on him about hacking since he was in fact a moderator.

no, i did not give him permission....i said specifically that i thought it to be hack worthy, you can check the archives for the specific convo....and once again i did not use it..please keep me out of the argument..also i never saw it being used in the live stream, which i only had on for a few seconds...it was his choice..i merely state the circumstances leading up to it ..

I didn't mean you said it would be okay to hack. Don't get me wrong. No one is implicating you in anything, and as far as I can see, no one thinks you did anything wrong. Tito is well aware of the rules. He's not a stupid guy. He just doesn't have respect for the rules we have in place or our authority. He is completely responsible for his own actions. Now what do we do?
He's not a BAD guy. He has contributed a LOT to the krew. He's also fucked up a few times, but so have I, and so have other krew members in other ways. Our members have glitched on our servers plenty of times. We didn't freak out about that and ban anyone. Tito deserves a little more thought than just "ban the fucker."
He hacked on our servers twice now, and he's had excuses both times. Maybe one time we could be like "yea okay dude. We understand no one was on, you were just testing some shit, you messed up......etc.," but this isn't the first time. Maybe we could have bought the "it's just like a dot on the center of your screen. Not huge advantage. You could just draw one on with a pen, anyway." But again.... it's not his first time. He also made a huge joke lie to the krew, which alone wouldn't have been a problem except that he was supposed to be a ranking admin.
So I mean he's gotta answer for this shit. It's about being respectful and having good behavior. Whether or not we can trust him to respect our rules...i don't think we can.... it seems obvious that at this point if he thinks he has a good enough reason to break our rules, he will. Tito simply does not respect the fact that it's NOT HIS DECISION whether or not it's okay to break rules and things like that. That is unacceptable.
Doing nothing is NOT an option, and I don't see why it's on the poll as I can see absolutely NO valid argument behind it.

Yeah, I know he was a member and mod and did a lot of stuff and all... but, I don't see why there is so much attempted rationalization for his actions? We have rules here and they were broken, no matter the intention. A set of rules should be no respecter of persons; otherwise, why on earth have them in the first place?

He's already said (not sure when) that if he gets banned he's got more keycodes and can get past the IP, so IMO this poll is worthless anyways, I'll still stick by my initial vote if it matters which is perm ban.
He's done this once before and now a second time, still gets off and is still around, for me I think he's testing us to see how far we will go until someone hits him with the ban hammer. It's a shame that many times I'll see the shout saying "i love you tito" and all this crap with everything that he's done so far, to be honest people like him is one of the reasons I wanted out of the Mod position...
