Again, I agree with Dan. After hearing the situation explanation from Gary (HiBred).
Tito might have figured he had tacit approval from others to just try it out and when it was discovered by others unaware of the circumstances it just looked like he got busted hacking again.

Because of the lack of deception on his part I voted for extended ban which is probably how this will turn out.

People will criticize the decision I'm sure but the reason for the leniency is that he appears to be an otherwise good person despite his ass-hat playing style.

Before people vote I would recommend they read the arguments presented here so they can make an informed decision and not a knee-jerk reactions.

I'm not even gonna vote on this one, it's complete bullshit IMO and he should be perm banned for it. I don't know the entire story but from what I gathered here, he has done this once before, stayed in the krew after being demoted (from Mod), requested to be just member and he pulls this shit, really??

Like some of the others have said how is it that Tito gets "special" treatment and all the other people that hacks doesn't? Ohhhh that's right, he ADMITTED to it, so if all these other hackers admit to it will they be unbanned? May sound like a stupid question but aren't we doing the exact same thing with him (Tito)...

He's been a problem since the "hack" incident and has been a problem since then, hell Soulg was banned basically for being an asshole but we don't ban Tito for admittedly using hacks?, that's pretty fked up to me.

Edit: Nevermind I did vote and it was perm ban, I want to get rid of problems like this, I can say that every time he joins the server I'm on I leave, how many other members or players do you think do the same thing?, not a good way to populate the servers...

Do aimbotters try to conceal their hacking? No.
So Tito gets the free-pass if he does it out in the open like a dumb ass, and not like the site he got it from suggests: "What you find here is only to be used for fun on your own private servers."?

Even Bred went to test them in a server. Tito made no attempt to hide them or deceive anyone, he even broadcast his game live. Obviously he wasn't trying to "hack" or trick anyone.

I don't even really view it as a hack, more of someone dicking around with god mode or something like that. Usually we tell those people to turn it off first, if they refuse, kick then ban. That's how it was on the bounce server.

Give the punk a MassNightmare ban. So, a permanent ban with the option to be appealed successfully in the future. He screwed up, and either in the open or behind closed doors, hacking equals a permanent removal.

A forum ban will not come with that. He has done nothing wrong here.

This will work to everyone's benefit: As you know, appeals can also be denied if need be.

I find anything shorter than a 2 month ban from all |KKK| Servers silly (Could be exceptions for Team1 and Team2 servers).

Time for me to put my opinion in. Ban. Permantely. We have putted up too much shit with tito for YEARS now. Me and stevo got humiliated by some people because we though tito hacked when we banned under the name of "WubWubWub" over a year ago. Ever since, he has been banned MULTIPLE times from our servers by MANY diferent mods because he was using UC names. Now if somebody gets banned and we figure out its tito we just say: "oh its just tito again with his skillz. Go ahead and unban him".

Yea he wasnt using a wh on that livestream but he was hacking something that he had been suspected of for a very long time and as D said, he just lost all credibilty. If Im capable of DLing a laser sight, why cant I DL a wallhack as well? Dont think its really that hard. And all that story about he considering a laser the same as a paper in the screen. OH CMON! He was a mod here, actually, he is a damm expert in hacking, console using and other bs like that. Do u guys really buy he doesnt think of it as a hack but as a tool to improve his game? He knows that is called a HACK and that he is NOT allowed to use it on our servers. To me thats the end of it.

Well idk about the rest of you all, but what bred did, IMO is what should be called 'testing' or 'dicking around' not what Tito did.
Maybe it was just a lapse in judgement on his part, but ppl watching a livestream of guns with lasers on KKK servers, is not a good look for the Krew.

When we had the superjump server it allowed console cheats. Quite a few people, including some members and one super mod used GOD mode. One even refused to turn it off. In these cases we would warn, kick then ban. I don't see how a laser sight is really a hack or any different from this.

It is not a console cheat however. That is where I draw the line between hacking and just being a goofball.

Technically not, but it's along the same lines. And god mode etc was much more of an advantage than any laser.

I'm not sure I get how console cheats on a server that allows it is comparable to something that is downloaded and added to cod...i.e a hack..
Honestly i wouldnt like to see tito permbaned, he's a cool dude, but his actions don't benefit the Krew too much at times. If i was a hacker and i saw the livestream i'd pause and add the ip instantly, come use my hacks/mods here too, or maybe just test or dick around. How will that help server population...
