He is not a hacker, but he hacked. I don't realy have an issue with the fact that he hacked once or twice, at all, as long as he is remorseful. I have never hacked, but I am sure there are people in our krew who have hacked, and we don't know about it.
The problem I have with this is that, 1. Tito doesn't seem to think he deserves all the criticism he is getting. 2. Tito doesn't seem to think that he did much wrong in his fiddling with hacks, even though he was a super mod.
Yes, we need to be rewarding Tito for coming out about all this. This is not at all the first opportunity he has had to do this, however. Houston is right, Tito expects us to trust him, and then makes fools out of us. I constantly preach that we are NOT the SS, we shoul NOT be prying into our staff's backgrounds, but if our staff is going to lie like this... how can we trust them? I mean not only will this affect our ability to trust tito, but our ability to trust Take is hindered as well as our members and staff in general.
Please stop lying people. Also, if you feel the need to break the rules, please don't allow yourself to be in a leadership position at the same time. There are some things that we CANNOT police, and all we can ask for is that everyone exercises some basic human decency and courtesy.
I don't hack simply because it is against the rules and that is my responsibility. I don't think hacks are inherently evil, and if I wasn't in this krew, a staff member, and morally obliged not to, I would totally fiddle around with hacks 1 or 2 times just so I could actually say I know how they work ( i have NEVER used a hack ever.... so I don't really know how they work).

I don't know what needs to be done, but this situation needs to be dealt with openly, for everyone to see, in an organized manner, a solid outcome needs to happen, and there needs to be a precedent set by this situation, and a standardized procedure drawn up.

I know i did something wrong, and not something, i did every fucking thing wrong, the only thing i've done right is my job as a moderator. And then only naming the banning and kicking people, keeping the server clean.

Why would i actually use the hack on a daily basis in the servers i moderate on, to gain more points and win from players i can't win from normally. I don't even see a reason to do that, but then, ON TOP OF THAT, make a fucking thead about it on the clan website!!??? I must be totally nuts to do that if i actually USED the hack. I was trying to help you guys, giving a heads up like hey guys its now possible. I was even thinking of adding the fact that i tested them in s4 to confirm that it was really working and not some kinda scam. But i didn't, i saw stuff like this happening.
And now it's here, i've been banned 6 times from multiple servers by multiple moderators i all know and talk with daily... Close to every single person in this clan now thinks i hacked, and still do.
Please tell me some things how i can fucking proof that i don't, im getting crazy, not blaming all you or saying you don't do your jobs well, i just want you all to believe me.

When Titoezz was WubWub i was speccing him. He was not hacking. We had UAV! I have spectated him many times and i know his style.
Even without UAV there are at least 20 walls on each map where you can be sure you'll get a kill if you wall bang.
The guilty party has been punished. There is no reason for more punishment. He has pleaded guilty and got what he deserved.

There it is, quality is total shit and it has no sound, but that doesn't really matter. It's just the way i play, i hit those spots almost every single time i pass them its a habit for me.

The only thing you are missing tito is that all your situations all include the circumstance that I chose to hack or lie in the first place. The point is, it doesn't matter why you were breaking rules. Especially in your position as supermod, not only are you supposed to follow our very basic set of rules, but you're supposed to be an example of amazing krew etiquette. For instance, stevo was denied admin due to (initially) one or two situations where he "lost his cool." In terms of track records, I can pull out siginificant information that would prove why stevo was more qualified than another admin, but obviously his behavior was unacceptable, and he has demonstrated once again that he WILL blow up and leave if he gets pissed, and we can't have an admin do that.
We make arbitrary judgements on character based off WAYYY to small amounts of information (saying you know the guys character online) when this is the PERFECT example of why we CAN NOT make decisions based on our knowledge of someone's "character."
So, yea, I get that you weren't an evil douche when you hacked, you didn't want to do it maliciously. You were just a douche when you hacked/lied. You neglected to think about how and why the same rules should apply to you that you preach and everyoen else practices, but yea, it's not like I think you are evil.
