City workers are very underpaid (many of them), and Federal "officials" are very over paid, but hey that's America right!!
Anyways lets get off the politics, this post is about Tito and I thought he was still a Mod, at least that's what Damage told me on the shout?
People have a right to their opinions and that's fine. If you want him banned i can understand that and don't have a problem with anyone saying so. What bothered me was the fact he implied it had something to do with being "buddies" with admins and saying we give special favors to people. That is totally baseless and untrue.

In the post i made and then deleted talking about underpaid, i was speaking of state reps. I believe they only make around 35-45k a year. The speaker will make a bit more depending on the state. I could be wrong though.
Tito is still a mod, he was demoted from super to regular mod. I agree 100% with what AVC said. I fully believe Titus was not testing hacks to try and get over on anyone or get top score. I believe he was testing out to see what the package for the MAC could do. He said he also intended to post on it. Is that true? Only Titus knows, but i don't think he had any malicious intent. If i thought that, id vote for an immediate ban. As i said earlier, the chat logs and what Tito said is highly subjective. We can't sit here and say for an out and out fact he's a hacker and had malicious intent because we simply don't know, although his numerous chats with Slaya seem to indicate otherwise.

Well that's just the way that I took it. Sure it how it looks to me anyways, although I could be wrong. I just never realized that it was ok to test hacks out on our servers. I understand why he did what he was doing, but I don't think that makes it ok. That's just my opinion though. One question though, if we see a hacker on do we still ban on sight or do we ask if they're testing a beta version of hacks? I guess that's being a smartass about it but you can probably understand why I asked it.

As if I fkin care what you think about me felon? Thought you were a cool guy but not anymore.
And since you all seem to dislike me all of a sudden because I don't feel that Titoezz should be mod or even allowed on the servers anymore because he should be treated the same as any person who hacked, not with a little slap on the wrist and a warning not to do it again.

Fair enough Brian, sorry i lost my cool with you, i was out of line. I respect your opinion and do agree he should not have done it. I just don't think it warrants an all out ban from the server. However, if someone else had done it(non member etc), you're right, they would be banned and that reason laughed at. In Titus case though i truely do not believe he had any bad intentions or desire to continue using them once he saw what the MAC package could do. Maybe I'm too trusting and naive.

Yeah I think we both just got pretty heated over this so sorry from me as well. And to tits, I don't hate you or anything at all. I mean I understand why you were doing it. After I thought about it, it kinda reminds me of say the gov hiring hackers to hack their own computers to make it harder for the real hackers to do. Maybe he didn't honestly have bad intentions, I really don't think that's the case either. It'll just always make us wonder now when he's on if he's in fact hacking or not. It will me anyways..
i talked to stevo last night. He agreed to take some time to think about all of this.
I don't think testing theory in an empty server and reporting it back to the krew count's as hacking. Just my opinion. Was it wrong? Yes. Is it bad enough to where it's a ban-able crime? eehhhhh
