It's cod4 with balance issues fixed, some bugs solved, dust and other flying particles removed and everyone gets the same 3 perks.

But from what I've seen, there's a whole lot of teamwork involved. Which is totally awesome

It is purely teamwork based + very competitive.
Due to everyone having the same environment (IE perks) there are no advantages, thus skill/teamwork is everything.
