I agree with Blu, I believe that the members that have left to join RE or any other clan for that matter should have the opportunity to come back, but they also need to be able to prove to everyone else that they really do want to be here and that they aren't going to pick up and leave yet again. The "rage quit" as I've seen it put, needs to be something that the clan as a whole needs to take a firm stance against. It needs to be known that it isn't okay. I don't think those who left should be rewarded with a baby |k| either. People work towards a baby |k| they aren't just handed out like candy. It should be a reward not a punishment.
i dont really think its all of (RE) I just think its stevo cause hes still mad at us for some reason. Hes gunna try to take all our members and kill the krew. That wont happen

I feel like half of RE members are from KKK, or regulars in the server. Lol I read moe's intro on the site, moe apparently thought the server was being overrun by hackers and spawncampers, then steno tells him he has a server, and now he's a regular there. Lolwut

so just out of curiosity, why would you guys want these unloyal bitches back? I would hope that even if they came back to try and be KKK again that they would not get any nominations.
I don't think the point is that we are like itchin' to take them back. Basically, we are saying that now they will have to go through the recruitment process, and it will be harder to get in. If they can't deal with that, then they will regretfully NOT become KKK members, and we will regretfully not give a shit.

Plus, it's not like these people are gone forever, You can still hit them up on steam and will probably see them around the most popular cod4 servers and shit like that.

I think we should have more events, like a scrim for everyone. Nobody would even think about quitting if we have a few public |KKK| matches every month. In other words, make members too busy to quit!
The following are strictly my opinions. I speak on behalf of no one but me. I am currently NOT a member of KKK, but a recruit. Therefore this can not even be considered my 2 cents. So here's my 2 farthings.
Whatever the reason's these people are leaving a clan, they are leaving. Not only are they leaving they are jumping ship to another clan. This is a free world and they have the right to do this if they so choose. However, I believe it shows a distinct lack of loyalty. Especially considering many of them only recently became members. There are some who have already changed their minds and wanted to come back. The reasoning for this could be they realize this clan is more organized than most, the fact that it is run by people with their head on their shoulders vs hot headed folks....or any number of reasons. Some, I believe , like untamed specifically are legitimately contrite and realize they would enjoy being a member here more than elsewhere. However I feel, that the motives of people who are constantly clan hopping must be looked at long and hard. This is ultra paranoid, but who's to say members that want to go back and forth arent engaging in underhanded tactics to get.."inside" our clan for those other clans?
I feel that as long as its as simple as "hey, i changed my mind i wanna come back" people will continue to test the waters elsewhere and then come back. If it became questionable as to whether they COULD come back, fewer people would risk losing out on membership in a good clan.

fair enough thedude. My point is, why wouldnt someone bounce around to other clans if all they had to do to come back to this one was say "ok, i'm done playin now. I wanna come back" The topic of the post was why is it happening and how do we stop it. Make it questionable whether they could come back and fewer would leave and risk it.
Well, all the people that left will have to go through recruitment again. This means around a month (At the least, I am guessing) of time when they would have to leave RE, play on our servers, and spend time on our forum. Then they might get an invite, and for the following month they would have to demonstrate the same level of commitment that got them their |k| in the first place, or they would lose their recruit status and be demoted back to Forum User.
That's 2 solid months of dedication at the least. If they are willing to go through that just to leave again, then at least we had them for 2 months. Good riddance. Easy stuff.

It took me 3 and a half months to come back into the krew as a baby k after returning from my ban.
I am in no place to arbitrarily list a punishment for these people. I'm not admin, and I don't make the rules. I said 1 month because that is the standard. I agree that it should be more for these people, but it is not my decision.
Joe, I think your ban was a screw up on the krew's part, and we are taking measures to prevent that from happening again. If we treated every situation using your ban as a standard, tito would be perm banned. NO way stevo would get back in, either.
