Anyways, where did the idea of blocking under age members come from, felon..? if you want porn, just go fuking watch porn, cuz i don't. This is a age friendly clan, meaning any age can join, I don't know why you guys want a 18+ section all of the sudden, next you guys would want the clan to be 18+ years of age. That is stupid, but why dont you guys just get a 18+ section that only 18+ people can see...?

This is a gaming site kkk"gaming".com not a porn site, go somewhere else to see that. From what I see there is already a bunch of 18+ humor that is told. Most people that are underage don't like this idea, but I am agreeing that one thing will lead to another like wanting to make the whole clan 18+ Lately I have been trying to get in this clan and this might be the one thing to blow my chance, but I can see 18+ people wanting to just chat without kids getting in the way.

When I posted that, it was in response to Take's thread which is not a post within this thread (threads were merged).

With every one bitching about porn this and porn that.

Let's create a Adult section (not 18+) for every one to see, but visitors will know it's porn/nsfw.

Or just a NSFW section..

Having an 18+ section within the forum is perfectly fine by me and it's within the legalities of the U.S. Law.

Opening up a NSFW section is not gonna happen because we have quite a few minors here.



Looks like the poll is heading towards getting an 18+ section. Even if minors try to be sneaky and just think by changing their bday they'll be able to get in, think again. It wont be set up that way

Also, it's not strictly for "porn". Can be anything. Members who aren't even 18 don't even need to be posting in here. They won't see the section at all.

The 18+ section should have a popup asking if you are 18 or not. If they click yes, and they are underage we CANNOT be held responsible, because they said they were 18 and we don't have control over anything else. I have seen people who were under 18 get in trouble for looking at porn, a buddy of mine a couple years back got 6 months in juvi and 12 probation for doing it, so if they break the law its not our fault, they know the risks. Anyone can lie about there age on the internet. For all we know, Dee could be a 12 year old perverted little girl and I could be a 65 year old grandmother.
