I'm 15, I'm going to look at porn no matter what the fuck happens. Blocking a donator from the premiere section, child or not, is simply silly.
Plus I'm on the forums mostly on my iPod, and my study is set up so that if someone comes in, I can close whatever is open.

In my opinion, which of course is slightly biased, there is no justifiable reason to block a donator from the donator section, no matter their age.

)I can't really decide on this. These forums are an age friendly forums, we'd be stuffing that motto up if we added this section. But it would be nice to have an 18+ section.
If we did add this to the forums there might just be 1 problem; how would we restrict teenagers from going into it.

It's still not allowed for adults to give children access to porn
There are legal issues that are designed to protect YOU the child
While IDC what you do with your spare time Felon, and I am sure you could probably get away with accessing our site as thoroughly as was possible without anyone knowing about whatever it is you do on it, the small chance that you or other underage people may get involved in a legal issue with the site (thereby getting WaLLy and possibly other members of the site into deep shit) outweighs any faith we all have in your good will and competence, and it is out of prudence that we do not allow access to 18+ material for those under 18.

The most likely situation would be that an upset parent who found out that they let their kid use their credit card to donate to a site which in return gave that kid access to a section that contained pornographic or other adult material would want to press some kind of charges. Should one day, your mother decide to confiscate your computer and search your history and somehow get onto this site and find the porn and be extremely unhappy and want to press charges, WaLLy, for one, could be in a world of shit. Despite the fact that this is extremely unlikely to happen, it's simply not worth it if it does.
The possibility is extremely small, and I almost regret bringing it up at all now that everyone is getting angry. However, it would not at all be fair to force the people who could get screwed in such an event into that situation without their consent after they are notified of the possibility that it could happen. So, we had a vote. Maybe we need to revote. Who knows? I think it's really up to the admin's and WaLLy on this one.
If WaLLy says he's not worried about it, then I don't care. It is his ass on the line not mine. WaLLy has remarked to me on many occasions how much he loves his ass, enjoys looking at it and taking care of it, and likes to decide what it does.

Supplying pornography to a minor is a legal issue. IDK how it works internationally. I am assuming that because the site is based in America, American law is applicable. This means 18+ for porn.
It is a similar situation to cigarette distribution in America. The smoking age is 18. Places are supposed to card everyone to make sure they are 18, but obviously that's a pain in the ass for the customer and the cashier, so they don't. If someone who looks 40 years old (balding, full beard, older facial features) comes in and buys a pack of cigarettes, and it turns out that he was really 16, and he ended up in trouble for it, the charges will also be pressed against the store for distribution to a minor. It doesn't matter how old the guy looks, whether or not he could have shown his fake ID, how many times he said he was over 18, whether the cigarettes were for him or his mom, ...etc.
In this case, if some kid got access to 18+ material on our site, and their parents or someone else decided to press charges for whatever reason, they could. That is at least something to be considered. That's the only reason I said anything in the first place... just as a consideration.

First, why are we letting everyone see this? This should probably only be for the krew in our private home for us to discuss and decides, not for some non members who will never come back to have their say. Yes, it's fascist, but after all it IS the krew/our forum, and most of us will be here for a long time, I presumed.
As for the 18 section, I don't understand why do most western civilization think people will mature at the magical age of 18. People don't grow up and mature because of age, but because of their experience in life, it's trial and error, when to shut up (which i should probably so now, but I will keep talking) how to peacefully co exist with others around and the knowledge you have gained over the years among many other things. With that set, I don't think the restriction should be because of age but rather, how they behave themselves in their. Somebody dissed you, go ahead and retort back, but both of you should probably keep your good sportsmanship as so it doesn't grow into a flame war that makes the statement "our krew is a nice and friendly forum, regardless of age" seems extremely stupid.
As for the boobies, what's wrong with them? Looking at them doesn't make you a rapist. Your impulse and lack of respect for what other boy/girl action and choice to not have sex with you makes you a rapist. So if there are boobies in there, let No Mercy see them. No need to be restricting them from the younger kids who know how to control and are mature. Only problem I see with the breast section is our girl member will most likely be MASSIVELY pissed off and disgusted. From a girl/woman POV, we seems like pig who only lust for woman as a toy, sex object, basically a modern day slave for pleasure and to sastisfy our carnal hunger, which i know ALL of you guys are not. In my opinion, we should have at least SniperGirl's opinion on this.

As I am pretty sure that this is happening due to the fact that a few people don't want any legal troubles just in case my parents find this somehow, I am just gonna tell you this... It was my money, my parents had NOTHING to do with it, if they found this in my history somehow, my mother would just get slightly annoyed at me, and my dad would just be slightly disappointed.
