It may not be your parents paying and that really dont matter. In the USA there are laws that address this issue whether you feel your old enough or not we are bound by the laws of the country the site is in

Like I said, while we may not be worried about you, your parents, or anyone else in particular, the slight chance that something could happen that would cause legal issues outweighs the benefit of not caring. It is not about whether your mother will or will not find this stuff, whether she will even get angry about it if she does, or whether or not Cent0 will run screaming to his parents when he sees pr0n on KKK, it is about the legality of the situation as a whole and the responsibility and wellbeing of the site as a whole.

maybe donators should have there own section? One that only donators have access to. And this is not to supply porn maybe just another perk where they can decide what they want in it. Just an idea.

It has nothing to do with your money; the post I made was merely a hypothetical. Soda, whatever the merits of your moral judgments may be, they have no bearing on the legality of the situation, and that is all that is being discussed here. As I said, I don't care if 15 year old kid is looking at porn. That isn't going to stop, I don't really have a problem with it, and it is not the place of KKKGaming.com to dictate what it's members do outside of our site. This is NOT a moral issue of whether porn is bad or not.

Our Forum IS a nice and friendly place, but we still have to obey the law.

Again, if wally and the other responsible parties don't care, then I don't care.

Some donators are under 18. I believe the issue of 18+ material is still waiting on Admins to decide. I don't think people under 18 should be kicked from the premier section. They donated. Removing 18+ material may be in order, but that is up to the Admins to decide. There is a thread about adding an 18+ section to the forum. I am in favor of it... let Damage have his fun. I'll probably stop going in it if it just turns into HC porn sharing.
