That's built into the GG config, but you don't get any points for deagle kills.

Nah knifing on BO2 only sets down the other player one level. So you can stay on level 1 and knife everyone through the entire game.

An inch of ice on the roads and no trucks to clear or salt/sand the roads will cause that. Plus people who never drive on snow or ice.
