I'm with houston. Either at least 3 snipers per 5 man or no snipers at all.

That's my input. IDK WHy I kept saying 3 MAX. I meant 3 Min.

So 1st of all. Dude and soulg, shut up. lol.
2nd. copy and paste 360's config because its really good.
3rd. we need frags and flashes/stuns/smoke
4th. limit like 1 or 2 snipers per team is NOT needed.
5th. remove the name "gheymode" because I dont think that any1 else (not a krew member) will join (if we need the server to be more populated)
6th. remove PB cuz it sucks
7th. let R!val moderate it too because he'll play it more then any1 else.
8th. do what I said or :pedosus: will :bananahump: u

No killcam on the server? PB has to be enabled.

And can anyone tell me why the fudge ProMod doesn't have KillCam? Would it be as simple as just adding it to the config?

You can just add it no problem, its off by default because killcam shows where people are going so you roughly know where they are when you respawn/can call it out to teammates on snd.

Server name idea: |KKK| NA PUBLIC PROMOD211 SND/TDM

Yea, you can totally add killcam to SnD games, no problem. There's no respawn, so you won't be cheaping out on them, anyway. I don't think we should allow dead talking on SnD, anyway. I don't think it's enabled at the current time, anyway. You wouldn't be able to shout out to your teammates, anyway.

On TDM, we should put it up to a vote at some point, anyway. I don't have a problem with it. I'm not planning on getting super competitive with TDM, anyway. Who cares, right? Plus killcams help you get better, anyway.

Anyway, I don't think stuns are part of promod, mikek. Flashes and Smokes only for a reason.

Can we just enable all weapons? That would be :LOL:

The ONLY difference is red dots on the mini-map when people shoot. Pretty sure that they can be disabled, but it will still say "Promod211 EU" or whatever.

Promod is a competitive mod. It was designed for leagues, cups, lans, yadda yadda. Killcam is horribly imbalanced for competitive SnD, so it was left out. You can turn it on in the config, "scr_killcam_enable 1" or something.

So the solid red dots on the mini-map is the "norm?" How is that competitive?

And the leagues trust that all ProMod players are legit? In our case, I would like to turn it on as that's what we're used to. And not every staff member wants to just sit there and spec all the time.

No. In NA promod, there are no red dots on the map, not sitting there or when people shoot. The minimap is just for seeing teammates positions.
But in EU promod, shooting your gun makes you appear on the enemies map as a red dot, like in softcore without UAV.

It's a public server, so you can do whatever you want to it. nothing wrong with having a killcam on.

I was speccing Dopie<3 yesterday and I was fairly certain I saw red dots (not team mates), but meh whatever. Promod is all new to me.
