I actually am focusing on schoolwork and getting good grades. Not many other people aren't. I'm like the only decent player on my team, and everyone else went negative.
I think our rank is so low because of our inconsistent quality of education in different areas (namely, poorer areas), as well as our high levels of crime and other deterrents to education in those areas.
