That shirt is from a company in the U.K. called spiral direct (www.spiraldirect.com). They do loads of designs in that vein. I have 4 of their shirts and will be getting some of their hoodies soon.
They gave me that shirt as a freebie because i reminded them that it might not be a good idea to use a copyrighted picture to advertise their gear on facebook, they might get sued.

How to take a selfie, the proper way
1. Get a proper camera
2. Get a remote controller for that camera
3. Get a tripod
4. Set up the tripod & camera
5. Set the proper settings
6. Figure out how to focus the camera if it doesn’t focus when pressing the remote
7. Take the picture
8. Import the image to Aperture or Lightroom
9. Fix the white balance you were too lazy to set right in the first place
10. Crop to fix bad framing
11. Make it black & white for that deep look
12. Export a tiny compressed JPG file instead of the 18 megapixels you started with
13. Move the image to your phone so that you can upload it to Instagram
14. Done
