Can't edit posts, use certain forum functions.

I knew that, and I thought the only reason mods had forum powers is so we could post in staff bans

That was my understanding, as well, but pretty much every moderator was doing forum actions all the time, so why not join the party?

I've just tried changing a couple of settings in your profile. Let me know if you can't view all the required forum areas.

Okay, well I cannot get to the "advanced mode" once I start editing my post. I CAN edit all my posts and do everything fine in Internet Explorer (go figure), but it's so slow I don't want to use it.

It worked for me until bout a week or two ago.

Obviously it's not a website setting then if it works in IE, or a problem with your profile.
