rule change? Overall, no. You'll hear a lot more people complaining about n00b-tubes than anything else. Spamming a t00b on a strictly S&D server needs some regulations. IMO, keep it simple and have less rules. We have to start somewhere, ya know.
As for the other perks, marty or last stand shouldn't really be a deciding factor because IMO, you'll try to kill the guy from mid to long range. You don't have to worry about these folks; they're just wasting a perk anyway...
Again, that's only my opinion.
I'd really like to see us avoid anyone using n00b-tubes on this server. Many have been waiting to get some action against other clans and this should be the stepping stone towards that.
