nope. Not 40% less health. Unless he did it today. Doesn't seem to be more deadly either. If it's 40% less than normal health now, that means it must take 4-5 full clips of ak47 at normal health.
If it's a test to see if anyone would notice, I wiped my hands clean of the issue when everyone got their panties in a bunch about it. It's all up to you guys whether we change the settings or not.
As for those who said my idea was selfish and that I was the only one who held these beliefs, poll says you don't know what you're talking about.
