I banned him while he was connecting, did that because else his rcon blocker bugged me, rcon blockers only work when fully connected, so a tip:

If you see people with [1SK] or [!SK] tags, ban them while they are connecting, that way their rcon blocker doesn't work, and you can ban them faster.

If you banned them, don't mind saving GUIDS so you can see it's him next time. They change key code so GUID is also different.
