Tomorrow, I am flying to Germany to visit my family again :) I´ll be gone for about 15 days, which means: shout and forums yaaaay, CoD nooooo.
But since easter will be on 20th of April, I wanted to ask you, what you are going to do with your families and how you spent the days from Good Friday til Easter Sunday. Maybe some of you don´t do anything! Would be interesting to know :)

I will spend these three days with lots of family stuff, like eating at my grandparents on Good Friday and Easter Sunday and visiting some relatives. I also still hide the presents for my parents and my brother in our house XD
Actually, I am not really religious but all these things are traditions in my family and I just love being home at that time (and christmas, too).

@TheDude - errrrm, not realllyyy chap. Far be it for me to speak of matters pertaining to religion, but I think the whole chocolate bit of Easter is a latter day invention lol. (by retailers with a highly developed feel for a fast buck!)

and mothers day, fathers day, and believe it or not grandparents day (september sometime I think) and of course the whopper of them all .........Christmas! Commercialism gone daft! Still we all go along with it so I guess its our own fault!

OO - nearly forgot Halloween! Just like to say a big warm thank you to our friends across the water for that one! lol

Valentines is the most expensive one. Providing you don't have a big family that is (christmas)!

Don't celebrate it since I work on the weekends. To add, the only major holidays I celebrate are, Christmas (wife's hugely into it), New Years, Mother's Day, 4th of July ('Murica!) and Halloween (cuz I love candy).
edit: Have fun on your trip missy, enjoy the time off :)

Easter is meaningless to me. I didn't even know it was this Sunday. I'll be doing the same ol.

Grinding out HIT's on Mturk and watching Baseball.

EDIT. Apparently it's on the 20th. Shows how much i pay attention and care about Easter. I guess all the stoners will be happy. They can go home to a big meal after 4:20 Duuuuuuuuuude.

Man, glad I'm not a burnout anymore.

If you get stoned on Easter, I'll pray for you :p

I'll spend the day with my mother, go to church, all that good stuff. The Easter Bunny doesn't stop by my house though, so no candy :(

Nah it was all a ploy I don't smoke anymore. Think I probably work and I'm sure my mom will cook some weird food. She was asking if I would eat asparagus something... scarey honestly
