I trust everyone.

It's a good idea (imo) to give everyone access so they could post their own photos right away. Just stipulate that they be appropriate. No trolling pictures, NSFW etc. Any abusers should have their access taken.

I don't lol. And since it's only 1 log-in you would never know who did it

If a person creates their own instagram page and links it to the krew page, will everything posted to that persons page then show up on the krew page? If so, i will just create my own.

If a person follows the Krew page and we follow them back, then everything is mutually visible. However, things can't necessarily be shared. You can like the person's pictures, just not share them.
