Those are very nice! I like the Spiderman one best. Kinda reminds of the early video games, the old nintendo was boxy like that too.

Normally I take an image off the internet. Make it about 50 to 100 pixels long/wide. Then (because it's super messy looking because of the compression) I go over it pixel by pixel until it looks like a Sprite version of it's original.

For example:

- I take this off the internet

- Then I minimize it to about 100 pixels

- Then I go over all the pixels till it looks nice
