Daily S&D battles

So a few months ago, possibly a year ago, I would get home from work, roughly around 3pm Pacific and be able to jump in the shout and just get people to jump on the S&D server. We'd play at the very minimum for an hour, but we'd easily play for 2 hours. I miss it, and I'd like to get that started again.

From here on out I will be on S3 beginning at 2pm Pacific, Monday - Fridays. I'll be able to play for at least 'til 3:30pm, on Mon & Tue as I have to go to work, but Wed-Fri will be for a while.

So how about it? Daily S&D matches, and we'll change the gametype every once in awhile just so long as the majority agree to it.

to avoid problems, I would like to ask our Members to play with their forum name. I really just want to play without having to spec anyone. If you can do that, I'd appreciate it. :thanks:
 
i dk if its gonna last but we played snd on s3 almost everyday of this week with rival and other euros...so feel free to ask on Euro pm too ^^

Any quick suggestions as to rounds to win, round switch, and total map rounds?

Not sure if this will help but Boo & I asked a few people about their preferred S&D settings for a7.. this is what we got:

2 and a half round length
Score limit of 11
Switch at 5
45 second defuse time

Do you think at some point you could add in Strike to the lineup if it's not there? For some reason I'm thinking it's not and it is a great S&D map.

What time is this in australia.... tried to work it out.... but im young n dumb...
 
For settings leave it like that IMO...

a7 score limit in Snd is too long...11 to win...it was 10-7 yesterday on district against tito and it became boring at 6-6...so score limit of 12 (total) is more than enough
 
score limit should be points to win x2+1, IMO

That will let us avoid moments when team with 3 points wins the last round and wins the whole game even when the other team has 8 points.. (4 defeats 8, lol)

So make it 11 rounds total and 6 points to win, or 13 rounds and 7 points to win.
 
Last team winning the game with less point than supposed winner is a "bug" of COD...i dont think its possible to change that...

Last scoring team has his victory music and victory round message...but 8 still beat 4...
 
Why not competitive rounds and round switches? You know, like every round switches, and up to 6 :D
 
I know! We get rid of S1 and replace it with S3. S3 is the new S1. It's a new era. :K
