P.s. I made a mistake here. I kicked him (after 2 warnings of course) after forgetting to read the previous offences he had incurred. After Nate's advice, I have correctly TBed him for an hour now.

I just made another mistake, it should be 4 hours and not 1h. Sorry. This won't happen again.

Dude, no worries, that's fine ;) human make mistakes and this particular mistake didn't even cause a minor trouble.
