b3 on a4 was down. 2 asshats were breaking the rules. orange and wispy joined in. Orange partially heeded my warning. Wispy did not. I feel the times are appropriate for the crime.

Every time he gets warned he just uses the "Sorry." quick-message. But he never learns....

so far he has 100's of warnings 12 one hour bans,a 4hour,a 6hour, and a week doesn't look like he gets it
