i can see why you were hesitant pwnsauce, but i am fairly positive he was wallhacking. I just perm banned him.

repeatedly warned and kicked these individuals but they simply returned and continued spawn camping.

They will return and spawn camp unless we ban and have no regard for rules, warnings or kicks.

One other thing, the auto messages seem to have stopped on S1 warning people about spawn camping. Can we get those started again?

Might even consider alternate common languages since non-english speakers may not understand the warnings in english.

A player in the score list shows as UnamedPlayer but in rcon status shows player name to be ^^. I had to track him by score.

that's new.
Probably did it by making his name ^^ which confused the system so I just renamed him to unamedPlayer.

Was on the fence about tempban but he refused to refuse tags on our servers.
I think just because he may or may not be in a clan, it's not appropriate to pretend to be a member of our servers/Krew with the tags.
