MC Server upgrade

The Minecraft server has been upgraded to 1.5.2.

1.5.2 is not compatible with other 1.5.x versions the way 1.5/1.5.1 were.

Here is a changelist for 1.5.2, most notably FPS improvements for hi-res textures.

I had missed it and thought the server had been down, lol. Sarg brought it to my attention that i needed to update it for the server to show up
