Well rules can be revised. I mean when you really think about it, do we really want to permanently ban players who might become regulars just because they bounce around ? I know I'm not in A1 a lot, or hardly ever really unless it's to make a ban/kick based on a report , so i will ask.

Do people complain a lot about it? Is it enough of an issue or cause enough of an uproar among players to warrant banning the offender?

Basically, is it more harmful to the server population to allow it, or to outlaw it?

i don't think it warrants banning,thats a bit harsh..some ppl just bounce to bounce..some can use it to distinct advantage..but ban worthy? not so much if given a chance to stop

I bounce because I found it funny. It's a fun thing to do. To spice up the game. Also the Pipeline bounce from one house to the other I've had some people complain about me using that one. I die 50% of the time from fall damage... So it's risky lol.

I'm pretty sure the rules won't be changed because some members and regulars want them to.
The no bouncing rule will most likely stay and I will most likely keep bouncing. At least when people can't see me :K

So far no one really HATES bouncing.
They just get irritated by it. They probably get irritated by toobers too.

Yeah. Most people get annoyed by Noobtubes, Marty & Last Stand. Last Stand makes me so frustrated. Especially combined with Juggernaut.

I think these things need to be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Making the rule that bouncing is not allowed simply allows that to happen.

So if someone bounces and it's not causing problems, let it be. However, if it is a problem and people are complaining, and we DON'T have a no bouncing rule, then a moderator can't really be justified in kicking the guy, and untold amounts of shit gets put on the forum.

We should have moderators who can make that decision for themselves, and do it responsibly. If they can't then they shouldn't be moderators.

This kind of thing really should apply to most glitches. We have a "No Glitching" rule, but on certain occasions, almost everyone here has glitched.

See where I'm coming from?

The Macro/weaponswap/fastfire/fastads issue is separate from all this. Let's keep it out of this thread.

Why not just make it so if the bounce goes to a place normally not accessible, have it not be allowed? Because if it just flies through the air(4/5 on broadcast) shouldn't mean too much. There'sthe bouncebounce to get on the thing above the parking lot but you have to go out of your way and in a wide open space to do it, and its a normal spot. Correct me if I'm wrong but I can only think of 5 on broadcast.
