Just because he pressed it twice doesn't make it more suspicious.

Unless the binds are located towards the numberpad.

I vote unban~

Go into a server and see how fast you can push off two binds on the same button. There is a limit to how fast the server will accept your "say" command from a bind. It takes about 1 second for you to be able to push it again, meaning that the second keypress in this case was almost assuredly done with concerted effort.

But still, we have chat logs and shit. He knows we will be checking them.
