The 24-7 broadcast server has gone down for reasons un-known, as of January 25th.
While I think we all have similar feeling about this, keep it civil (I was already reprimanded by Walt :K)
This will probably mean an influx of players from the old server, treat them well.

all of the newcomers seem to have the last stand perk... very frustrating
 
I did read on their forum that some member(s) (not sure if more than one) there made new BC servers and invited their players. It's called tribute to gal or something.

I also read something about the server staying open but only granting private slots or something.

I've seen a couple people come back. Iron chef for one.
 
one of the other popular ffa broadcast server shut down because the hosts "needed to get their life together."
Apparently, they were spending too much time online overlooking the server so they closed it. So alot of the gamers from that server are coming to ours.
 
I have mixed feelings about this.
It was always fun to play with Iron Chef, Skyking, Seicer and all the other players but its weird that they are coming back as they banned many from us from their server.

Simple backstory for Felon and anyone else who missed it.
We had an IP change in our server. Many of our regulars went to a different server, 24-7 Broadcast.
However, some did not. Anyone known to have any association with the Krew was banned on sight. As well as anyone who was decent at the game (on the basis of hacks (Their admins are pretty much anyone who applies for it)).
We tried to communicate civilly with them, but they wouldn't have it. Doomzday, an old regular here and a key founding member of 24-7 Broadcast, tried to "help" us out.
Now their server is going down and that is pretty much where Gage's story picks up.
 
Hi all, I wanted to come apologize for coming into you're server last evening. I do not want anyone of you to think that I came onto your server as a "troll" or trying to start anything. I had actually came upon your server by accident. I was admin for a couple of months on the 24-7 broadcast server, I do not know the whole story of why their is bad blood between these two servers. I just wanted you all to know that I wasn't trying to cause trouble. I enjoyed my games there last evening....came in second...who was first?? Gage! No surprise there! hahaha. Good job btw!
 
Welcome Boobs ..Boobs are always welcome! JK ...No need to apologize,everyone is welcome here as far as I'm concerned,what happens on other servers is their business and as long as we all have fun ,that is the main goal..
