How To: Shoutbox Ignore Feature

How to use the ignore feature in the shoutbox:

Click the arrow , it's circled in red next to Silo. It's the icon on the left. Then the menu shown on Tito's name comes up. Click ignore.

The ignored person's shouts will be removed from your view, but s/he will still be able to see your shouts.

Whenever you see a shout of his/her, click the arrow to the left of his name, and you'll get a bunch of options. You'll see ignore.

Once a person is in ignore, you wont see his shouts anymore. s/he will still be able to see your shouts though.

You have to go on is profile and click on "Add to ignore list"

i dont have it neither...added to ignore list...doesn't seems to work

i just have a simplified menu with just view user profile/all chat , report the chat, give an infraction.
