I think alot of the kills were very questionable, and I believe the ban should stay

in all seriousness though, and not to defend whoever this is or anything, but it IS actually possible to have this installed without knowing.
hypothetically, someone can link the driver to you and you can install it under the assumption that it's a reg increaser, config, whatever.
but it's pretty hard to not notice hitting people that are nowhere near your crosshair so this isn't really likely
I don't think I have a say in this, but I would like to say that I agree with Tito, everything he said is correct. Just because you can see him missing shots once in a while does not mean that he is not hacking. With aim assistant it is possible to miss many shots until someone comes in line with the crosshair or whatever is used to help the person aim.
