DayZ is a VERY REALISTIC zombie mod for Arma II (Arma 2) and it looks really good. It has been out for a while now, and I was wondering if it was possible to get a server up after we fix s1 etc.

Whats different about this zombie mod compared to other games/mods is that its PVP (Player Vs. Player) and PVZ (Player Vs. Zombie)

You NEED:
Arma II (can be free, but low res textures will be applied)
Arma II: Operation Arrowhead (Full)

Dayz is a 225 km2 open world post-soviet state and one of the areas hit by a new and presently unknown infection which has wiped out most of the world's population. You are one of the few who have survived and now you must search this new wasteland in order to fight for your life against what is left of the indigenous population, now infected with the disease.

Also if we get a server, players will fill our teamspeak server. (Maybe we can add a DayZ channel)

Sorry, forgot to add.

The requirements to run this mod are Arma 2 and Arma 2: Operation Arrowhead
 
How do you know it is realistic? have you ever been in a zombie invasion/apocalypse? or even seen 1 real zombie?
 
Silo, Arma has a very realistic engine, as far as gun handling and shot wounds etc go. Ofcourse we can only speculate what zombie apocalypses will look like but this mod seems very in depth on that part.

My friend was telling me to get it just today, it sounds like the greatest game ever.
with that being said, who wants to said me a graphics card with atleast 512 memory so I can play it??
 
Arma II? Fuck that. I played that with some friends @ LAN a while ago. Was bored from start to end.

That's a clear NO from me. :)
