Hey folks,

Reading the shoutbox archive sometimes disappoints me. Solely because of all the issues we've been experiencing the last few days with the server move. My main goal is to try to keep everyone happy.

At the moment, the main focus is S1's lag issues. With that said, I've already mentioned the lag to the GSP, and they suggested I try something on the server, which I've already implemented.

This thread will hopefully help by documenting the lag issues so that I may present it to the GSP if folks still are experiencing lag.

With that said, please be detailed as best as you can when reporting lag. Now that I implemented "the fix", when reporting lag, can you mention if the lag is worse, less, or the same.

I will also say, any non-relevant issues should have their own thread.

lag spike
multiple spikes per minute, about 1-2 sec long each
7 people playing 1 in spec
b3 was on
am i doing this ok?
 
Just now, at this moment. 2 people left because of the lag and most are now complaining. So im not the only one.

update:
9 people playing and already 4 times of full CI for 30+ seconds. Lag is getting worse and worse :(

Server seems to have crashed lol..

ive been playing this server all morning, intense
lag only started 15 or so minutes ago.

Hey! I kill you well normally too ;)

But yes...lagg occurs after a good group of people get on (I'd estimate for than 7 people). Connection gets interrupted, but more often, I will just get stuck in some corner after a lagg spike gets over with.
 
I played on S1 yesterday for a short time, no lag. But the days prior to that in reading the real time chat and the logs, lots of complaints.
 
I played S1 earlier today for about 30-45 minutes and i think i lagged just twice for about 1 second each time
 
I havent had any lag kinda the same a kreubs said only for a second or so then it was gone
