I haven't read all the posts above but IMO, when you decide to kick / ban / tban I beleive you should do it under your own name. This is just an addition I'm not saying Code was wrong or whoever was right etc. Just an extra thought and point I beleive should be made. Seeing as regulars don't get such a good impression of a console talking to them saying he's "god", just makes a bad impression.

I can understand Code's actions if he was wearing tags and this dumbass pulled his dumbass-ness then.

Saying false information doesn't warrant a kick, imo. Some people just say "no camping" as a substitute for "don't camp, noobs". Some people don't speak english well. All a moderator needs to do is say "yes, camping is allowed." Clearing up confusion is our job, not kicking people left and right. However, I'll say it again, Epic Kitten is a jackass.

This thread just troubles me. I know code is a good mod.

You understand his actions but you don't agree with kicking him, you say to tell them "camping is allowed" which I'm sure he did but that doesn't clear up the confusion. Kicking people left and right, who is doing that?, and Code is a good Mod so why are you troubled?

Man this shit just gets old. So much 2nd guessing and now recording LOL. We all have our days and none of us are saints. I've seen almost everyone of you go off on rants or kick players for being stupid. There have even been a few mods/members banned for hacking and forgiven. I've been here for a while now and have had my share of mistakes but I don't act like I'm perfect either (like some do). If I make a mistake I own up to it, no problem. Kicking this dude was not a mistake. I'd do it again.

Did Code change his Cod4 name to Console, or did he talk as Console through Rcon? If he talked through Rcon to "Epic_Kitten", then I don't see why it's a big deal.

It's also annoying how people think they can just bullshit against mods. If you have a big mouth and think you know every thing, I will kick you. (this is no meant to you Epic, just making a point)

As soon as I read Code's "Everone makes mistakes" post i thought of him as Hannah Montana.

I also thought about when i banned him for having "unlimited" tubes. I didn't know your tubes stacked if you had 2 primaries with tubes.
