Could I buy bf3?

I have a question:

I have a Geforce GTX 460 Graphics card and I was wondering if I could play bf3 nicely on high graphics.
I would aim for about 40 fps, if that's the case, I'll probably buy it for the pc.

I know that my card is bellow recommended but I want to know on how high fps I can run it with my current build.
 
Go read about Origin before you decide to buy Bf3. I'd recommend BFBC2 instead.

Google some benchmarks for your card @ BF3. That should give you a good idea of what to expect FPS wise.
 
No. That's beta gameplay. They have newer drivers and of course the final product out since.
