It is sad that some politicians/groups work to make this possible. EVERY VOTER SHOULD HAVE TO PRESENT ID TO VOTE.

I need ID to:

rent a car
get a traffic ticket
get a library card
get a job
join a gym
buy a car
rent an apartment

Sad thing it's clear why these laws were passed.

Very very rare? You can clearly see in the video how easy it is to get away with, why do you think a lot of people are not exploiting this?? I think it's pretty crazy that, like Code said, you have to have ID for just about everything else you buy, but not voting for the next fckin president? With this shown, I can't even imagine how much voter fraud that's happened for how long. Pretty unbelievable.
