Hell, I'll sale mine for $150 or less. Mine is not new, and it doesn't come with Kinect, but I'll include NCAA Football 09.
Unless it is a really good deal, I would never get a Xbox again...too many problems.

I've found a few deals so far..

$199 for a 4gb 360 (no kinect) but they give you a $50 gift card to Best Buy. So roughly another 50 bucks for a kinect.
$299 for a 4gb 360 w/ Kinect and they throw in an $80 gift card to Target.
