Skydiving!

Okay, so for my birthday, my uncle paid for me to go skydiving, and my dad decided to come with. He paid for photos and videos. I've uploaded about 100 of the 175 that were taken for me, and there's still another 150 taken by my dad's photographer. It was the best thing I have ever done. And I will be getting my Accelerated Free Fall license as soon as possible.

Skydiving is something I've always wanted to do. Looks like so much fun; next time bring me!:mstickle: It is a true accomplishment to say you have been skydiving.

Ethan, skydiving is fun, and once you do it, for me at least, it is addicting. I can't wait to go again. If I take the classes and learn to pack a chute, I can jump for free when ever I want. Or if I don't learn to pack a chute I can jump for $20.
 
Note the instructor is wearing a helmet, but Paige isn't. LOL

Then again, if that chute doesn't open, the helmet is wearing YOU for protection.

Later on, he's talking to the other helmets saying "lucky I had that guy underneath me, or I would have hit the ground directly"
 
:lmao: They only wear helmets for recording purposes. Hell if your chute doesn't open a helmet sure as hell isn't going to do you any good.

Guess the helmets plot against us...

I've found the same thing deals with me with roller coasters...I'm pretty much addicted to them. That's awesome if you can eventually to go for free. One of my friends is an instructor, and she loves it.
 
Wow I'm the total opposite. I hate roller coasters and hell no I'm not sky diving! Paige looked like she had a blast though.
 
Hahaha, my dad did the whole, "hell no I'm not skydiving" after he saw the first girl jump. Unfortunately for him... It was a little too late. But he ended up loving it.
I had a total blast, it was one of the most exciting things I've ever done!
 
omg, did you feel a bunch of butterflies in your stomach? i think i wouldve puked from the feeling :eek:
 
My stomach didn't start feeling bad until we were on canopy and he let me do what I wanted with the chute. He did some 720 power turns that made me thing I was going to toss my cookies.
