It doesn't do it all the time but most of the time it's like that. Just every now and then it's not. Any ideas?

WaLLy Lieutenant General |K3| Executive Nov 25, 2011 #2 It's normal for everyone. It was set that way so that the shoutbox doesn't start scrolling/jumping as soon as 2 smileys get posted. Try posting a bunch of smileys and you'll see what I mean
