Do we have to play under our own name to assure it's not a fake? I plan to use an undercover name so nobody bugs me. Is there any rule regarding this?

I don't think there should be a problem with playing with a different name. I know for certain Tito (and probably most mods) will play under a different name to get a crack at playing without being bothered. I'm totally fine with it. Just as long as they send the proper proof (demo file).
What does steam have to do with this?

Yeah this will certainly be a change. I'm sure I won't be in on it, mainly cuz I don't wanna sit there and play for a whole hour lol. But I'll pop in and toob some fckers just to piss them off like usual. And also to look for hackers too of course. It'll be interesting to see how this turns out though!
I don't think anyone here would manipulate a screenshot. Having to stop playing and open console to type in record or start FRAPS or something will mess a lot of people up. Surely there is a better way. Can the demo be started once the round has ended to record the final scoreboard?
Yes, that's why I suggested recording the last few minutes. If you think you have a shot at beating the current high scorer then all it takes is about 2 seconds to open console and type /record. If you know that you're not gonna beat the high score, then it would be pointless to record it..
I suggested demo files to be submitted because they don't lag at all; the file size is small; anyone can see it if they wish; and they don't have to go about trying to convert the demo file into a viewable format for YouTube. Even if they do the latter, I'd still want the demo file.
It's the Internet, and when it comes to money, anyone (not trying to offend anyone here) will go far enough try to win. That's why I didn't want only screenshots. I'm sure everyone would like to see the winners top score, Live.
I'll try to time it to get on the server when all the nOObs are on, tha I can get a comfy victory.
