Amsterdam Server? Yeah buddy!

That's right folks,

Our GSP will be hosting game servers in the Amsterdam area by mid-Nov at the latest. We're already on the waiting list, so as soon as they give us the green light, lets get Euro-fraggin'! :)


Soooooo, what gametype, and maps shall we host on there? Lets try to figure this one out ASAP so I could have the config file ready as soon as the server gets rolled out.
 
What about a sabotage server? I know when many of us get together on S3 it often times turns into a sabotage game. Just a suggestion.
 
I think it can be SnD/Sabotage or FFA broadcast

Plus I think we can have 2 polls:

1st: gametypes
2nd: maps (the most popular 10)
 
I like the idea of mixed gametypes. That way, everyone can get what they want.
 
Dom? We love Dom but we dont have a server for it, and often changing s2 or s3 to a domination server.
 
I like an snd server, snd is the way to go if you wanna play competitive and since we are also getting a promod server those competitive real good people start joining our servers and maybe clan. Wouldnt it be fun to have scrims against other clans more often?
And i dont think you need to worry about it being popular because we are getting enough attention on s3 and most of the people joining are from europe anyway. We just need to search the most attractive gametype and name imo, a mod can always change it when needed.

a european FFA broadcast server would be great. So change the location of s6 (new broadcast) to amsterdam.
 
I agree with the SAB server, thatd be good. However as in s3 we should have a vote option (we dont really needed it cuz tit will be there 24/7) to change maps and gametypes. I think it doesnt really matter cuz after all we got lots of mods online all the time. Only thing we need is a good name!

Mixed GT FTW!! Mainly Snd and every two or three map, a short round of SAB/DOM/HQ/WE could work IMO...Please dont make it mono-map.

Just one thing...SnD defuse timer 6.0/6.5sec instead of 7.5sec :)
