Yes and no! It depends on how you look at it... I he is out right camping there and killing people who pop up then it is. If he only shoots a couple people and continues on his run then its fine

For the record, if someone goes to the dumpster and kills one or two people right off the spawn like that, and then leaves, I'll kick them. Spawncamping is spawncamping. Accidentally killing someone on a spawn that's in front of you because they spawn there for some fucked up reason is different. If he's sittin' there and people start to spawn and he kills a couple, goes "oh fuck" and then moves to avoid spawncamping, that's fine.
Running a course of spawnpoints, stopping at each one for one or two kills (waiting til they spawn) is spawncamping.
Running around on server 1 is running around a circle of spawnpoints.
But yes, there are people who deliberately pick the route they think will contain the perfect set of spawns to blast in order to maximize their kills. Not much that can be done about that. It's a way of playing that I personally try not to follow (even though I obv. check spawnpoints first when I get into the lobby and shit), and is certainly something I would frown upon in a player who could do better and knew they were better, but I don't think it _should_ or can be adequately policed.

If he uses tube he wont kill the guy coming upstairs cuz if he shot 1st the power of tube wont be enough to kill the guy cuz in can injure only a little part of body but if hell wait when the guy will come higher camper will be killed for sure.
As Wally said SCing is when camper aims at spawn point - I DONT agree like we banned player called CAMPER some month ago he wasnt aiming at the head or body of just spawned player but he killed him a halfsec later he spawned plus if u use tube u dont have to aim at the guy = u need to aim near him to be sure ull kill him so we can say he is SCing and aiming close enough to SPoint to kill spawned guy

I usually jump off that spawn and aim right where that guy is sitting just in case anyway. If it's busy, that spot is death. You kill the guy in the hallway by jumping and doing some crazy shot and you're like YEA!!!!!!!!!!!! I GOT H- *dead from guy coming up the stairs*
