Technically you can text underage girls, but you can't sext them. However, if the parents find out that a 30 year old is texting their daughter, you're probably going to hear about it.

Anyways i was just making a joke... Didn't mean anything by it.

I was about to say, I thought you could text anyone you want regardless of age. However I do agree that it would cause problems, unless you're family or something obvious. Sexting is completely different though and that is a big no no!

Either way, thanks for telling us Sniper.. good to know he's ok! :D

There is nothing wrong with texting someone who is older then you. But when it comes to sexting (which is totally pointless) it is a no no.
The Dude is 20. And yess I text him. I'm allowed to text who ever i want. I have a good judge in character and i know who i should and shouldn't be texting. My parents don't care because they trust my judgement.
