How to Change Profile Back Ground?

Hey Guys I wanted to know how to change the background on my profile so it wont be all white. TheDude said that it might be a feature that only full members get, so I just wanted to justify this. Thanks a Bunch :bounce:
 
damn it i was wondering for the past few weeks how to....FUCK cuz i member i was able to change it...forgot i was a member at the time -.-

It was. I asked permission from the Premiers at the time and since Houston was the only one that was active he said he didn't mind.
