He was trying to steal my account from me.
I obviously knew he was using the steams /me chat setting which makes you look like a valve employee.
Heres the chat log ( I obviously gave him a fake username and password)

Well, I doubt it's actually anyone from valve, as they suck at lots of stuff and wtf.

But if it is, you should report them anyway, as they should be fired for being incompetent, unhelpful, and disrespectful.

Steam never asks anyone's password, so your stupid to answer if somebody asks.
There's Steam Guard to prevent this from happening, aka. you have to check for a code in your email every time you login in a different computer or location. So you need 2 passwords before accessing Steam and thats why NEVER use the same password in a different locations. Steam doesn't reveal the email where the code was sent so it makes extremely hard to these guys to steal people's accounts.
