All jokes aside, i hope you get the problem fixed. They can replace the parts, but you need to take preventative measures so it doesn't happen again. I'd back up and wipe any personal data.

for some reason, the key to open console changed from ^ to <

^ is to the left of the numbers and below ESC
< is between shift and Y
Y is where you have Z
