Sadly, you are mistaken beta, Europe still uses the gregorian calendar, the week actually starts on Sunday, but this is disregarded as it is more convenient for it to start on monday.

Take maybe a bit less drugs will help you hehe I could just imagine what kind of conversations you dutch could have lol and time, day, minutes, seconds is all the same everywhere around the world people are just in different time zones giving it an offset. A day is when the world spins in a circle on its axis once and a year is when it makes it around the sun once so unless you are on a different planet everything is the same. And felon is right the week does start on Sunday look at your calendar!
