Too old to play?

I'm 44 years old, when people in s1 learn how old i am they tend to raise a virtual eyebrow. I had a user today pretty much ask me why i was playing fps games at my age. It got me thinking

1. what should middle aged men be doing? wearing slippers and listening to barry manilow? get real, give me thrash metal any time.

2. Is there an age limit for playing fps games? OK my reflexes aint what they used to be, but i normally finish in the top half of the table and my kdr is better than 1:1, which is fine by me.

Really, why shouldn't i be playing games into my 70's and beyond if i want to (providing i can of course). There's nothing to say that FPS has an upper age limit of 35.

Let's have some feedback on this please people

Im 48, AVC is 46.. At 44 you're just a kid.. You're never too old to play.. You're never too old for porn..Play till ya die man!

I agree with Houston, I don't see what age has to do with anything. Of course at 30 I'm still young
but I wouldn't be surprised if at your age I was still playing FPS games. There's also a guy I work with
that's 42 and loves to play them. I wouldn't worry at all what people say, doesn't really matter IMO.

actually in a clan i was in back in cod uo(im only 14) there WAS a person...the one who made the clan played till he died...he actually died while playing it unfortunatly

yaa clan was in chaos for awhile

so ya ur nvr to old to play dude

TOTALASSAULT is what? 51? and he's near the top of s1 leaderboards.

In a casual game like this, why the hell not, but if you were hardcore raiding in WoW, I would be very surprised.

Well in this age, I don't think it's a big shocker that older people than I am are playing video games. At least it makes me feel better because I though 22 was to old to be playing video games lol.

Man Lego's are bad ass. Me and Blu and my little bro used to play with them all the time!
Never even got tired of them.. just wore off I suppose. Sure could build some neat shit
with them though!
