well open your iwi.exe go to options make sure the game console is enabled. Open it up by pressing (~) top left corner, under escape button. First put in a forward slash then write bind what evere key u want to bind. for example in the console, /bind f1 say always puts say after your space after your binded key so.....
/bind f1 say YOU JUST GOT PWNED.
