Server 4 (zombies) suggestions/tweaks

I was simply saying any and all major changes to a server should always be voted on. It doesn't make a difference if i like the change or not. Each individual player that plays on a given server should always be given an opportunity to have an equal vote before a change is made. No need to be a smart ass about it.

Obviously in his case it's different since he pays for the servers. If he chooses to go that route, it's his right. However, since i know Wally a little bit and know this is not his style, your point is moot. As i said its not about this particular thing, i think votes should always be held. We vote oh Staff motm, motm, banners, recruits etc etc. This should be no different imo.

Netiher I, nor slaya, made the final decision in this matter. In fact, ev1 was asking wally to make changes. Your issue seems to be with the fact that WaLLy agreed with a proposal that I made, even though if, as you say, you know wally, you'd know that he wouldn't just let someone else arbitrarily decide the settings for a server. In the past, such as with the bc2 server, wally has taken advice from other parties and just acted on them without having a vote. You seemed fine with it then. I think there are way too many details to be taken care of to get this server going to vote on every single change that gets made. If it were like s1 and already extremely successful, of course I would agree that extreme prudence should be exercised in making changes, and so a vote would be held.

Since the Mod is so new, I had to ask for advice on what we should tweak. I acted on the whim since TD, Slaya, MasterClip and a few others were in the shoutbox. The turret idea seem like a good idea, and all I was trying to do was show what the settings were so that people can input on 'em before I made the changes.
As of now, all settings (posted above) are up for change, so feel free to make a poll if needed.
Oh and another thing I usually do is once I see quite a bit of people say the same thing, like "this map is dumb", I will normally just take it out without discussion. I wouldn't do it if only one person bitched about it though.

I don't give a shit where the idea came from. The BFBC2 server was a totally different issue. First off, hardly anyone played it, if anyone. I made suggestions based on what was successful on other servers. If 10-15 forum members played it daily, then a vote on how many tickets, what gametypes etc would of course be had. I saw Wally say in should that the final decisions on choices would be up to The Dude and Slaya. I just disagreed with that and think votes should be held. I also never said a vote needed to be hand on EVERY issue, i said on major changes.

Is it possible to increase the spawn rate? that way the game gets a little bit more exciting
Most of the time we beat the game even without the invisible guys
Id prefer to die and begin another map then beat the map and start a whole new one again

Right now only 26 zombies can spawn at one time, because thats how many bot #'s there are. Another zombie won't spawn until one of the 26 has been killed. Also I like the number 35 better than 26
but thats just me
every game now it seems like we win, when before we would all lose lol
Yeah a challenge would be good lol but if there was a way to vote the difficulty back down if we have a losing streak that would be good also

What I think that the ROTU server should have is the following= Big maps like asencion in black ops, weapons on walls (not the best weapons but the normall common used weapons), a weapon upgrader! besides take the turrets, clays and the whole shop out... why? Because it makes it to easy thats why you should kinda copy black ops! CUZ EVERY ONE LOOOOVVEEEESSS IT! I'm not saying you should copy the maps..., also add juggernut, fast relode,
quick revive, ect. MYSTERY BOX OFCOURSE and dont show health... let the health regenerate! and doors that cost money to open! thnx for reading! AND MAKE LESS POINTS IN EACH ZOMBIE KILL! then, id play the ROTU server
every day!
