No Cent. I mean in the days of Quake or Duke Nukem, when there were maybe 10 or 12 weapons available and you could actually carry all of them if you picked them up. I think Soldier Of Fortune started the Carry-only-primary-and-seconday weapons system.
Those games were primarily designed for Single Player though, against many, many enemy. Imagine a game of COD where you could spam 20 nades out of a nade launcher, then follow it up with 10 rockets in a row. Lol
